Single Document

The occupational risk evaluation Single Document is compulsory in France for all companies since 5th of November 2001.

The creating of this document should be part of a global risk prevention process, involving all stakeholders.
It consists of:

- identifying the risks via a field observation of work habits,

- identifying the suitable prevention actions and means,

- staff information and training,

- compiling the company prevention plan (PPE, Plan de Prévention de l'Entreprise).

The Single Document is alive... It should be updated regularly in order to become the essential steering tool for your risk control process.
